Raphaël Resto-Bistro presents the inspired menu of Chef Raffi Cohen, one of Israel’s top chefs, in an informal bistro atmosphere with friendly pricing. It is located in the David Tower on Tel-Aviv’s Hayarkon Street, and diners overlook a typical Tel-Aviv scene – the Mediterranean beachfront. Changing with the seasons, the menu is based on the finest locally and internationally sourced raw materials that star in Chef Raffi Cohen’s unique contemporary interpretations of classic Mediterranean dishes and traditional North African family cooking.

 An excellently stocked wine-cellar provides a choice of fine wines from the world and Israel. The restaurant’s bar – the Hmara – has a separate space to the rear of the restaurant, where diners delight in Chef Raffi Cohen’s culinary creations alongside drinks in a relaxed ambiance.
